How can I get a quote?
You can book our services through our website by providing information pertaining to your home and schedule.
Will you charge me the whole amount even if it takes lesser time for my house to be cleaned?
No. We will only charge you on the basis of the amount of time our cleaner actually works at your home. You will not be fully charged if they get done earlier.
Will someone visit my house before I book a cleaning?
Not at all! You can get a quote and book a cleaning online without worrying about pushy salespersons at your door.
Do I have to provide cleaning supplies?
Although cleaning supplies are not part of the service, we can bring them for an additional charge. If you already have these at home, let us know!
Are same-day bookings possible?
Same-day bookings cannot be guaranteed, although we will try our best to accommodate our clients.
Is it necessary for me to be at home for cleaning?
Not at all. However, if you will not be at home, please let us know how to access your home by placing the information in your customer dashboard.
Will the cleaners arrive at the exact time that I’ve booked?
In most cases, yes. However, please allow a one-hour window for any delays caused by traffic or due to weather circumstances. In case your cleaner gets late, we will contact to let you know.
When will you charge me for the services?
We will charge you after the cleaning has been completed. The invoice presented to you will be charged for the amount of time the cleaner has spent working at your place, rounded up to the nearest 15-minutes increment.
